Entry level Sales Development, Medical Solutions Tele-Sales

ABOUT Data Distributing:
Founded in Santa Cruz CA in 1984, Data Distributing is a women owned company providing IT solutions and technical support to hospitals and imaging centers across North America. We pride ourselves on customer service and value our long term relationships with employees, customers and partners.

We are looking for a new team member to focus on two to three specific solutions that improve hospital staff communication and information workflow, to be sold to Cardiology and Radiology departments.

Your mission is to reach out to a high number of prospects per day, from our database. Sales Process is:

• Find the decision maker
• Survey need/Ask questions about current solution they use
• Introduce our solution briefly/Probe interest
• Set up Web demos or onsite visits with our in-house technical expert
• Send sales materials via email
• Update our Sales Database with prospect information
• Work with a team member to create quotes and quote follow up

ABOUT YOU: You are a quick learner/trainable, with an outgoing/engaging phone presence. You have high energy, enjoy setting and reaching ambitious daily goals and are well organized. You are a self-starter, good at asking questions with above average listening skills. Familiarity with searching and entering information in a CRM database a plus.

Starting salary $40,000 + quarterly productivity bonuses based on new quotes generated and business closed.
